They are not a stodgy bar, they don't have a dirt like texture as with all of the other gluten free cookies I have tasted, they actually taste great and I look forward to my mid afternoon cookie with a cuppa! "I've just purchased one of your protein cookies (the last in the jar at the health food shop I was in) and have devoured it. I'm impressed! My husband and I are flying to Europe on Saturday and the protein cookies would make the perfect, portable low carb protein food. I don't like protein bars (too sickly and gluggy) so was looking for an alternative today.
As each cookie is sealed I'm sure I wouldn't have any trouble with customs and they don't weigh much either. I will definitely be ordering some now online"

" Hi there, this is just a comment on your protein cookies - I tried one for the first time on the weekend, bought from a Shell station in Huntly, and I just loved it! It was moist and not too sweet (but sweet enough to satisfy the sugar craving), and very low in carbohydrates. It was tasty and a healthy alternative to normal cookie products. I wanted something sweet after lunch and it was just perfect - and I felt less guilty for having a treat. Thank you for making such wonderful product. "

" Hi there Protein Bakery! I just jumped on your website to have a more in-depth study of your product - The protein Cookie. I am just so impressed with your tasty new invention! You have really left all other competition in the dust as far as taste and quality are concerned. My naturopath has had me on a low carb, high protein diet for the past three years now so I am very familiar with all the other bars and protein powders etc on the market. You guys have made the most outstanding low carb, high protein item available; nothing else compares. I will only buy your cookie now to cure my daily 4pm sugar craving snack! It is sweet without being sickening. It's filling and satisfying with a great after taste. The texture just hits the spot when I'm craving something high carbahighdrate. And the best thing of all, it looks just like 'normal people food!' ( It's always bothered me that I eat so different to most ordinary diets, but to solve weight issues, it's my best solution). "I just had to let you guys know what a great protein cookie you make! I have consumed protein products as a non-competitive bodybuilder since the early 90s and many of them have been truly horrid. Although some of them now I have on occasion are not bad, by far the best tasting one and with the best texture is your chocolate chip protein cookie. I consider that my treat. Often if I go to the cinema instead of buying their sweets etc I will go to the supermarket next door and get a protein cookie then sneak it into the cinema. Everytime friends ask me how I lost weight or for a tip on losing a little weight I tell them to trade their mince and cheese lunch time pies in for a protein cookie, and some of them have. If my budget allowed it I would eat this cookie as a supplement to my lunch every day :)
Anyways enough complimenting just wanted to let you guys know how great your product is and hope you don't stop making them :)
